HOW MANY SESSIONS CAN I ATTEND PER WEEK?
Unlimited! We recommend you attending 3-5 sessions a week in order to reach your goals. 
IF I AM OUT OF SHAPE CAN I STILL DO THE PROGRAM?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level. Everyone is welcome here at Fit Body Boot Camp!
IS THERE AN ORIENTATION?
Yes, once purchased you'll receive a confirmation email and instructions to easily schedule your New Member Orientation where we'll go over everything you need to know to embark on your fitness journey with Fit Body Boot Camp! 
WHEN DOES MY 3 WEEK START?
Once purchased, your 3 Week Program will start on the first day you attend Boot Camp to workout and will run for 21 consecutive days. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to start our program.
