 What are the fees for the challenge?
If you register now your reservation fee is 50% OFF (only $49), which confirms your spot in the challenge. After that there is a $29 per week fee for the 6 weeks of the Challenge. 
 When does the challenge start? 
The Challenge starts Monday, July 2nd and runs for 6 weeks.
*Our challenge orientation is Saturday, June 30th from 9AM to 11:30AM.

 What are the sessions times? 
All Boot Camp sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest of schedules can find time to workout!

 When and where is the challenge party?
Time and location TBD but mark your calendars for Sunday, Aug 19th!!!
 What will be required of me? 
We encourage you to workout 3 to 5 times per week, eat healthy by following our meal guides and cookbook, and embracing our positive and supportive FitFam culture!
 Who is the challenge for? 
People of any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries.

Challengers range from those looking to maintain weight and build strength to those that have never stepped foot in a gym and are looking to lose 100 or more pounds. All are welcome at Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp!
 I'm going to be gone on vacation for part of the challenge, can I still participate?
Yes, we will provide you with Tabata workouts that you can do while out of town so you can still earn your attendance stars for you and your team. And thanks to the internet you'll also be able to earn weekly accountability points.
 I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still do the challenge?
Yes, you certainly can! We use a specific algorithm when calculating overall weight loss percentages, which puts all challengers on an equal level. You don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some challengers just want the extra accountability, motivation and family environment of Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp.
 How are the winners determined?
The challenge is a points-based system where you'll be earning points for body fat percentage lost, percentage weight lost, attendance, accountability points, and many more fun activities!
